National Conference
National Conference 25th - 27th September, 2026. Every year, the Charity holds a weekend national conference which is free for patients plus one other, except for a small booking fee.

The Charity will pay for two people to share a room and also pays travelling costs from anywhere in the UK or Ireland. An additional room can be provided at full cost.
The conference starts on Friday evening with a dinner and keynote address and closes after lunch on Sunday. It is an opportunity for patients to hear and question the UK's leading ALK-positive experts and there is ample time for patients to meet and exchange experiences with other patients in a relaxed setting.
Who Is The Conference For?
The conference is particularly suitable for recently diagnosed patients but is also an opportunity for all patients to learn about new developments and meet up with old friends.

We will be returning to the Radsson Red Hotel, Heathrow, London, for the 2026 conference starting on the evening of Friday 25th September and ending after lunch on Sunday 27th.

The person booking and their guest have to complete separate forms. This is because of Data Protection requirements.
If you are the person making the booking, please complete the booking form and pay the booking fee of £10pp - please pay for a guest..

We will prepare a table plan for the Friday evening dinner and will try to group delegates by region.

We normally reimburse travelling expenses after the conference but we can pay in advance, particularly for those travelling some distance.
Some delegates are able to donate their travelling expenses to the charity and, if appropriate, we would ask them to complete a GIft Aid declaration
