National Conference
National Conference 25th - 26th September, 2027. Every year, the Charity holds a weekend national conference which is free for patients plus one other, except for a small booking fee.

The Charity will pay for two people to share a room and also pays travelling costs from anywhere in the UK or Ireland. An additional room can be provided at full cost.
The conference starts with lunch on Saturday and closes after lunch on Sunday. It is an opportunity for patients to hear and question the UK's leading ALK-positive experts and there is ample time for patients to meet and exchange experiences with other patients in a relaxed setting.
Delegates come from all parts of the UK and Ireland and many cannot travel on the morning of the conference. For these delegates, we will provide overnight accommoation on the Friday evening plus a meals allowance.
Who Is The Conference For?
The conference is for all patients to learn about new developments and meet up with old friends. Equally, it is suitable for recently diagnosed patients and their families to meet and talk to long-standing patients.

To make a booking
The person booking and their guest have to complete separate forms. This is because of Data Protection requirements.
If you are the person making the booking, please complete the booking form and pay the booking fee of £15pp - please pay for a guest.

Table Plan
Delegates tell us that they get benefit from sitting with people who live in their region and often use the same hospital. We will prepare a table plan with this in mind.
Travel Expenses
We reimburse travelling expenses from anywhere in the UK and Ireland. We usually do this after the conference but we can pay in advance, particularly for those travelling some distance.
Gift Aid
Some delegates are able to donate their travelling expenses to the charity and, if appropriate, we would ask them to complete a GIft Aid declaration
