Diagnosis Treatment Care

We have the largest pool of ALK+ lung cancer patients in the world, outside the USA, and each patient has a different history and story to tell. Collectively, this information has the potential to be valuable to everyone who is affected by this disease.

The Charity has carried out two previous major surveys into all aspects of patients' diagnosis, treatment and care.  These surveys enabled us to identify gaps in the provision of service and to advocate for best practice throughout the UK.

We now need to gather up-to-date information and, by taking part in this survey, you can contribute to raising understanding of the real-world experiences of UK patients.

The survey can be completed by the patient or by some one on their behalf but all the information must relate to the patient. It can also be completed on behalf of a patient who is no longer with us.

The survey will take 15/20 minutes, depending on your medical history, and should be completed in one sitting.  So, make yourself comfortable with a glass or cup of something.

From time to time, we invite members to complete surveys being carried out by other organisations but this one is ours, so I implore, beseech and urge everyone to complete it, no matter when you were diagnosed.

The more responses we get, the more meaningful are the results.
